Meet Your
Motherhood Coach 

Hi, I’m Jenna - I'm a wife, mom of three on earth and one in heaven, executive coach, professional speaker, triathlete, and avid skier who is passionate about teaching mothers parenting tools. I am on a mission to leverage professional coaching techniques to guide mothers in deepening their faith, live with intention and cultivate joy.

My value pillars include courage, humility, and faith: Courage to say what needs to be said, humility to know I don't have all the answers, and faith is as integral to me as breathing.

My Method? A blend of directness, humor, and deep intuition.

From Helicopter to Propeller was my first mom community in the Catholic Church, and I cannot overstate the positive impact these ladies have had in my life. As an introvert and a convert in a predominantly Protestant area, finding my identity as a Catholic mom has been difficult. This group has supported me through two seasons of RCIA, my baptism, and the baptism of my children.
