My name is Jenna, and I'm a wife, mom of three, executive coach, and professional speaker on a mission to guide faith-driven leaders to live the life they’re called to.

My value pillars include courage, humility, and faith: Courage to say what needs to be said, humility to know I don't have all the answers, and faith is as integral to me as breathing.

My Method? A blend of directness, humor, and deep intuition.

I’m a professional synthesizer—give me five paragraphs, and I’ll hand it back in three sentences or two words. Sarcasm is my first language, so expect honesty wrapped in warmth and candor. I live in obedience to the Holy Spirit, which means I show up fully present in every conversation. No coaching call is scripted. Sometimes, I’ll ask a question that shifts your entire perspective, and other times, we'll create the space for you to find your own answer. Either way, I’m right there with you, helping you find your path forward.
Where It All Started
With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, I’ve had the privilege of shaping the careers of thousands of financial advisors and teams, first as a subject matter expert and later as an executive coach. I began my journey with a Fortune 200 company, where I spent a decade honing my craft as a keynote speaker, curriculum designer, and thought leader in portfolio construction. As a subject matter expert in managed investments, including equities, mutual funds, SMAs, and ETFs, I focused on empowering financial advisors with the knowledge to effectively build and diversify their clients' portfolios.
In 2012, as ETFs began to reshape the market, I pioneered the firm’s first-ever ETF training program, helping elevate the company to new levels of expertise in the field. My reputation grew, and I became known as the go-to expert—“Please hold your question; Jenna is coming and will answer that for you.”
Then, a life-changing experience occurred in my family. My world stopped turning, while the rest of the world kept going. I took a step back, re-evaluated my legacy, and asked myself, “Who do I want to be?” Fully realizing that tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, I chose to be someone who is present with others—whether they are in the muck or on the mountaintop.
In 2017, I made a bold decision: I traded in my fancy suits, extravagant meals, and portfolio guidance conversations for one-on-one, deep, meaningful conversations. I shifted from relying solely on my intellect to embracing all of myself—my EQ, IQ, and spiritual gifts. I went from being the answer-giver to becoming the question-master.

That was when I began my journey as a professional coach. I realized that coaching was not just a career change—it was my calling. It’s who God made me to be. Coaching is who I am at my core, and it’s the path that allows me to truly make a difference in the lives of others.
Today, I combine my vast industry experience with my passion for personal and spiritual development, helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential and achieve success on their own terms—both professionally and personally.

God made me to be a Coach. This is who I am, and this is what I dedicate my life to. I am dedicated to helping people see their lives in a hopeful and aligned way. We break down barriers (mental and physical), we overcome limiting beliefs, and we create a future together.

Having coached over 1,000 clients, I am an elite Coach with over 2,500 hours of experience that will push you, challenge you, and join you on the journey of a lifetime. You will not leave the same as when you started.
